How is LARIMAR used?
Most of the higher grades of stone are used in Jewelry, set in 14k Gold and Sterling Silver. The lower grades of the stone are often used in the metaphysical market where the healing properties are considered more valuable than the grade of the stone.
How is Larimar processed?
None of our Larimar is processed at all. We mine, cut and set the stone in our own factories and workshops. We do not stabilize, dye or enhance the natural color and patterning of the stone in any way. Unfortunately, due to the recent increase in the popularity of Larimar it has become necessary to be aware of fakes and enhancements. The raw stone is in very limited supply, and due to the recent increase in demand, some dealers have begun to look for substitutes that resemble (or can be made to resemble) Larimar. At the moment these products can be plastic, dyed common stones or dyed low grade Larimar. It has become necessary to be cautious and only purchase from reputable dealers.
What products do you have online?
We have a selection of Larimar Jewelry Products designed with precious metals such as Sterling Silver & 14K gold. We manufacture rings, chains, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, beads and the occasional specialty item. It is important to remember that this website is intended as a portfolio of our work and not a catalog of available pieces. Styles can and will vary, so we recommend ordering general styles as opposed to specific pieces.
Do you retail Larimar products online?
We do not retail our products online. We recommend that anyone interested in purchasing Larimar visit an authorized dealer in person.
How can I place an order?
Dealers within the jewelry industry can complete the online registration, As soon as the business credentials have been verified they will be able to order online.
How can I pay?
We accept payment through Credit cards from VISA, MasterCard & American Express. We do not accept payments by Cash, Checks, Travelers Checks or COD.
How do you ship?
Wholesale Larimar ships all orders via 2nd day FedEx unless otherwise requested. This provides a secure and traceable shipping method and enables us to obtain a signature for receipt of delivery of the items.
